Cosplay Dodgeball Event Tue, 25 Sep 2012

Mayamada hit the forum with some style with a Steamboy screening earlier this year and now, for something different, they have organised a Cosplay Dodgeball Event. Here are the details:

We're holding our first Cosplay Dodgeball Tournament on Saturday 10th of November from 2pm till 6pm at Royal Docks Community School, Newham, London, E16 3HS.

This is going to be the first of many and it all starts here - make sure your part of it.

Reserve your ticket for free and pay on the day.

The format is a knockout competition where teams compete to be crowned Cosplay Dodgeball champions.  A £100 CASH PRIZE is up for grabs, plus the chance to win free mayamada t-shirts throughout 2013.

This event is being supported by
Anime Picks and Anime League who will be providing additional prizes of tickets to London Anime Con on February 9th-10th.

If you are a cosplayer from the world of anime and gaming register to take part.  Non cosplayers can take part too as anyone that just wants to watch it all happen.

Temas will be organised on the day.  If you do have a team already then you're all set to join the fun and win great prizes.

The tournament will be limited to a maximum of 16 teams of 6 players each, so be quick and register while you still can. You don't want to miss this!

Royal Docks Community School is located opposite Prince Regent DLR station, a familar area for anyone that's been to MCM Expo before :-)

Facebook page for more details.
