Dog Days Trailer Mon, 28 May 2012

The homepage for the Dog Days anime has released a trailer that shows footage from the second series of the TV anime.



Synopsis

When the Republic of Biscotti is invaded by the Lion Kingdom of Galette, Princess Millhori summons a mighty hero to save her country from defeat and wouldn’t you know it, a normal boy from Japan shows up. His name is Izumi Shinko and he’ll have to adapt fast to this strange new world. In the sequel his childhood friend Rebecca and cousin Nanami return to the kingdom with him.

The anime is in safe hands since it is directed by Junji Nishimura (You’re Under Arrest) with scripts from Masaki Tsuzuki, creator of Dog Days and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS.  Millhori is voiced by Yui Horie (Chie in the Persona anime) and Izumi is voiced by Mamoru Miyano (Light Yagami in Death Note).
