FUNimation license Slayers TV

It emerged last night that FUNimation have acquired the 78-episode Slayers TV franchise.

Taking into consideration that a number of Slayers OVAs have already been released in the UK via ADV and given FUNimation’s connections with UK distributor MVM, UK-based Slayers fans should now keep a firm eye on any forthcoming UK announcements.

Talking of FUNimation anime series, a good quality Quicktime version of the Japanese Full Metal Alchemist movie trailer is now online for your streaming pleasure. Keep in mind, this trailer does contain minor spoilers for the end of the TV series.
