Anime at the Cambridge Film Festival

The Cambridge Film Festival will be kicking off on July 7th (lasting 10 days until the 17th of July) and a host of new and classic anime films are set for screenings, including the long awaited latest Hayao Miyazaki movie Howl’s Moving Castle, Ghost in the Shell: Innocence and Steamboy. The following movies are all confirmed (be sure to take a look at the official festival website for specific screening times):

  • Castle in the Sky
    Ghost in the Shell: Innocence
    Howl’s Moving Castle
    Kiki’s Delivery Service
    Millennium Actress
    Princess Mononoke
    Spirited Away
    Steamboy
    Whisper of the Heart

Also in association with the festival, Dianne Wynne Jones, Welsh author of the original Howl’s Moving Castle, will be in Cambridge (Saturday 16th July) for a book signing as well as to introduce the film at the festival.
