A Highlander website has recently posted a short teaser trailer for Yoshiaki Kawajiri’s (famous director of Ninja Scroll, X TV and Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust) feature-length Highlander anime “spin off” movie.

The movie is being animated by Madhouse Studios and according to Anime News Network, is set for release in the spring season of 2006.
