New MegaZone 23 anime in the works • Anime UK News

According to the Anime News Service, a new MegaZone 23 anime is being planned, with original character designer Haruhiko Mikimoto (of Macross) already confirmed to be returning.

While no other details have yet been revealed (specifically it’s still unknown whether or not this project will be a movie, OVA or TV series), several of the characters from the previous MegaZone 23 stories are said to be included.
