George Lucas looking into anime?

According to an update on ANN, George Lucas has been quoted as saying “I also look at this as a way to get my foot into anime” in regards to an animation facility he has set up in Singapore. Lucas is also have said to have commented on “[T]he amazing artistic talents in the Asian community”. The comments by him were taken from a CNN Article.
