Technical error jilts Fullmetal Alchemist UK premiere

UK anime fans who tuned into tonight’s premiere of Fullmetal Alchemist on RaptureTV (Sky Digital 288) were greeted with disappointment as a programming error caused the show to start 15 minutes earlier than scheduled.

RaptureTV (via their forums and TV channel) have already issued an apology to their viewers for this technical mishap and promised to replay the first episode again next Tuesday (in addition to the Sunday evening repeats). It is also strongly rumoured that the version aired was the American Adult-Swim cut of Fullmetal Alchemist.

Also note, Wolf’s Rain has its UK premiere (on RaptureTV) this coming Thursday at 8.30pm.
