Our picks of the bunch are Studio Ghibli’s latest Gedo Senki (Tales of Earthsea), the frankly weird looking Humanoid Monster Bem, experimental sci-fi Pale Cocoon, Appleseed-style CG OVA Tank Police Dominion Tank S.W.A.T. 01 and the swords and magic fantasy Tales of Phantasia OVA 4.
