Hirasawa's Paprika theme in running for Oscar • Anime UK News

Just like the movie in which it’s featured, Susumu Hirasawa’s “The Girl in Byakkoya – White Tiger Field” from Satoshi Kon’s mind bending epic Paprika is in the running (with 55 other songs) for an “Original Song” award nomination at the Oscars.

It’s worth noting that Hirasawa has recently released this song for free MP3 download on the internet.
