Jigoku Shojo and Zegapain licensed for US DVD release • Anime UK News

Over the weekend a few new US anime licenses were confirmed. FUNimation announced their acquisition of the first season of the revenge-tinged horror Jigoku Shojo (to be renamed for release as “Hell Girl”) while Bandai Entertainment have picked up another mecha anime in the form of “Zegapain”.

Based on past form, it’s fairly likely that Revelation Films will be distributing Jigoku Shojo in the UK.
