4th Annual Seiyū Awards’ Voting in english

“The 4th Annual Seiyū Awards is accepting votes in English and in Japanese from October 1 to January 1. The Seiyū Awards established the Overseas Fans Choice Award category last year “to recognize more voice actors by recognizing opinions from more areas.” Jun Fukuyama won the first Overseas Fans Choice Award.

Officially, only votes from foreign fans are accepted for the Overseas Fans Choice Award, and the public vote determines the first round of candidates. The Seiyū Awards Selection Committee will make the “second assessment” for the award. The awards ceremony will be held at the Tokyo Anime Center in the Akihabara otaku shopping district on March 6.”
