HMV Offers Discounted Pre-orders for Durarara!! Volume 2

Beez have revealed on their Twitter feed that HMV have discounted pre-orders for the second volume of Durarara. It will be release on 28th March 2011 and will cost £16.99, down from a RRP of £34.99.
