Tokyo NicoNico Cospllection
Great news for cosplay fans comes from NicoNico who are going to live-stream a cosplay fashion show named Tokyo NicoNico Cospllection on December 4th.
Tokyo NicoNico Cospllection is a fashion show that combines music and images from anime, games and vocaloid properties with cosplayers at Nicofarre, a performance venue in Tokyo’s Roppongi district. The show is hosted by NicoNico Douga and Cure, Japan’s largest cosplay website.
The show will introduce Japanese Cosplay Culture through high-tech methods such as Vocaloids using Nicofarre’s 360-degree LED screens. During the event the more than 100 famous cosplayers dressed up as characters from classic titles like One Piece, Evangelion, Tiger & Bunny, Final Fantasy, and Hatsune Miku will be surrounded by each character’s image while the theme song will play out through a high-quality audio system.
The show consists of five parts as follows;
①Anime Stage ②Game Stage ③Vocaloid Stage ④Toho Project Stage ⑤Dance Stage
