Japanese/British Culture Clash Manga “Kiniro Mosaic” Given Anime

It has been announced the four-panel comedy manga series Kiniro Mosaic (Golden Mosaic) has been given a TV anime adaptation. The news was announced in the February edition of Manga Time Kirara Max magazine which pubishes the series.

The manga, which began in 2010 and is created by Houbunsha, is about a “pure Japanese” schoolgirl, Shinobu Ōmiya, who accidentally does a homestay in Britain. She then returns to Japan, but later receives a letter from Alice, a member of the British host family who looked after Shinobu reading: “Shinobu, I’m coming to Japan!” The series follows Shinobu, Alice and other girls from both countries.
