Manga Jiman Competition 2012 Shortlist

The shortlist of winning entries for the Manga Jiman 2012 competition has been announced by a judging panel and the creators will be invited to an awards ceremony to determine where each entry places with prizes for everybody on the shortlist:
•    The First Prize is two (2) return air tickets to Japan, courtesy of All Nippon Airways
•    The Second Prize is a fabulous TOSHIBA laptop computer.
•    Third Prize is a superb digital camera from RICOH UK Ltd
•    Runners-up will receive and a selection of manga publications, available in the UK from various UK manga publishers amongst others prizes.

Organisers released the following statement.

The judging panel has selected the manga below as the winning entries for this year’s competition. The following entries are listed in alphabetical order by title and the exact position of each entrant will be announced at an invitation-only awards ceremony in February 2013 at the Embassy of Japan.

All of the above entries will be displayed at a special exhibition at the Embassy of Japan in the spring of 2013 and this page will be updated with the final positions once the announcement has been made.
