Anime Central UK; potential start date, TV schedule and more

Through out this week, further news on Anime Central (the UK’s first ever dedicated anime TV channel) has filtered through into our community; a summary of which is below:
- Firstly, you can catch the Anime Central test broadcasts every evening, just follow the basic instructions from our forum regular Fudce and you will find yourself watching the likes of Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist this evening.
- The official daily TV schedule for Anime Central is as follows: 21.00 – Vision of Escaflowne , 21.30 – Bleach, 22.00 – Fullmetal Alchemist, 22.30 – Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, 23.00 – Planetes, 23.30 – Transformers Headmasters. This block repeats every night until 6AM.
- Tentative reports suggest that the launch date is September 13th and that the Sky Digital channel number will be 199, placing Anime Central within the entertainment section of Sky’s EPG.
