The following week (February 2) SFL will be hosting another event a bit closer to home, in the familiar surroundings of the Apollo Piccadilly Circus, with the UK premiere of DANTE’S INFERNO – screening on the Apollo’s new HIGH DEFINITION projectors, this will be the only chance to see the movie on the big screen.
The movie is an animated version of Dante Alighieri’s Commedia Divina. An international co-production by Production IG (GHOST IN THE SHELL) and Manglobe (ERGO PROXY) in Japan, JM Animation and Dongwoo Animation in South Korea, and Film Roman in the USA.
With voice talent of Mark Hamill and Victoria Tennant, this is a stunning interpretation of the classic masterpiece that tells of one man’s decent into Hell and his battle against the forces of evil.
