BAM 2011 Festival Returns!
Our friends at Bexley Anime & Manga Festival sent us information regarding the Bexley Anime & Manga Festival:
BAM 2011 – the second Bexley Anime and Manga Festival.
Building on last year’s massive success, BAM is returning once more to bring the Far East to the South East! With the support of Film London, the Youth Opportunities Fund and the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation, BAM has an amazing line-up of movie screenings and events for fans of Anime (Japanese Cartoons), Manga (Japanese comics) and Far Eastern culture. This year’s festival mixes youth specific events, with cinema screenings that are open to all, meaning that even more otaku (fans) can join the fun.
Anime Movie Screenings:
The BAM Film Festival
This year’s festival takes place at three wonderful venues: Cineworld, Bexleyheath, Showcase Cinemas, Bluewater and Greenwich Picture House.

Full details of how to book can be found at the back of this programme.
We Love Anime
This year BAM is presenting an unbeatable line-up of amazing Anime movies, including six massive new titles that have not yet been released in the UK. This fantastic programme would not have been possible without the support of We Love Anime, a new organisation on a mission to get Anime films into cinemas, where they were made to be seen.
