Blood-C Movie Dated

After a controversial 12-episode TV run that has split fans Blood-C has finally ended and it has been announced that the movie will premiere on the 2nd of June 2012.

Blood-C was a spin-off of Production I.G.’s Blood: The Last Vampire and was made in collaboration with legendary manga collective CLAMP who handled story and character designs. CLAMP’s Nanase Ohkawa supervised scripts and co-wrote them with Fujisaku whilst Naoki Sato (Eureka Seven, X) composed the music.

The cast included Nana Mizuki (Hinata in Naruto) as Saya Kisaragi whilst Keiji Fujiwara, who has voiced numerous videogame characters, played Saya’s father, Tadayoshi Kisaragi.
