Panty and Stocking faulty discs: Manga Entertainment recalls discs

Manga Entertainment announces the official procedure to replace the faulty discs of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
For all those affected by the glitchy discs
Due to a technical defect, Manga Entertainment Ltd. has recalled all the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Complete Series DVD Collection stock from retail. Manga will re-issue the DVD on the 10th of September. If you have not yet returned your copy to the point of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit, please do so immediately and in no event later than November 10th 2012. If you are unable to return your copy to the point of purchase please email a copy of your proof of purchase along with your name and address to [email protected] and Manga will mail you a replacement copy of the PSG Complete Series DVD Collection within ten days of receipt of your email or the 10th of September, whichever is later. Please email Manga prior to November 10th. Manga would like to take this opportunity to thank all of its customers for their patronage, patience and support and sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the recall of the PSG Complete Series DVD Collection.
