Blu-ray Confirmed For World Conquest Zvezda Plot
Aniplex and A-1 Pictures’ World Conquest Zvezda Plot television anime will now be headed to the high definitation blu-ray format when the series arrives in the United Kingdom next month, according to Jerome Mazandarani of Manga Entertainment and Animatsu. This news come following an announcement at the Manchester Comic Con earlier this year, where it was stated that Kazé Entertainment were only planning on releasing the series on DVD.
Written by the series’ director Tensai Okamura (Blue Exorcist) and Meteo Hoshizora (Type-Moon), the comedic science fantasy series follows the middle schooler Asuta Jimon, who after a chance encounter finds himself roped into helping Kate Hoshimiya, a young girl at the end of the world-domination seeking organisation “Zvezda”!
Originally broadcast between January and March last year, Manga Entertainment will be releasing the series on behalf of Kazé Entertainment as a complete series collection on 2nd November 2015. Pre-orders for the blu-ray version will be available on Amazon next week.
