Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Infinite Combate Heads to Asia with English subtitles

Video game publisher 5pb. has finally revealed an update on the long-delayed release for Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Infinite Combate.

The Japanese action role-playing video game will be released in Japan and Asia on 28th November 2019, and the Asian release will come with English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese subtitles. The game will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC platforms; but for Asia, only the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions will be brought over with localised support.

Initially planned for release in March 2018, the game suffered from numerous delays but is now finally given a release date. The gameplay focuses on interacting with your favourite cast of characters and navigating through the dungeons, defeating enemies along the way. Similar to Sword Art Online, there are also the occasional dating and hot spring elements presented throughout.

Infinite Combate is based on the light novel series Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? by Fujino Omori and has been adapted into an anime series by studio J.C. Staff. The show’s second season will commence simulcast every Friday starting 12th July on Crunchyroll and every Friday starting 19th July on HIDIVE, with the latter providing an English dubcast starting 2nd August.

Infinite Combate joins Girls und Panzer: Dream Tank Match DX, Omega Labyrinth Life, SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays, Super Robot Wars T and many more anime-themed games to be made available in English across Asian territories for western fans to import or download via digital.
