Anime Limited Reveals Love Live! Nijigasaki Season 2, Harmonie & More Gundam for November 2023 Pre-Orders

We’re almost nearing the end of the year and Anime Limited have revealed what will be available to order for the month of November with their early bird line-up.

Mobile Fighter G Gundam Part 2

Release Date: 18th December 2023

The second half of the G Gundam anime series will soon be available to pre-order, just in time for Christmas (assuming it doesn’t get delayed that is).

The collector’s edition Part 2 Blu-ray release (SRP £69.99) is scheduled to be released from Anime Limited’s store on 18th December. Pre-orders will begin on Thursday 9th November (EB: £39.99, EB w/discount: £35.99).

Part 2 of this release includes Episodes 25-49 of the series, and audio options include Japanese with English subtitles and the Ocean Group English dub by Bandai Entertainment. The collector’s set includes a 60-page Booklet. Both the booklet and Amaray case can be slotted into the Collector’s Edition Part 1’s Box.

Mobile Fighter G Gundam (機動武闘伝Gガンダム) is a 1994 television anime series directed by Yasuhiro Imagawa (Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact!) and produced by studio Sunrise (now known as Bandai Namco Filmworks). Staff credits also include writer Fuyunori Gobu (The King of Braves: GaoGaiGar), character designer Hiroshi Osaka (Mobile Suit Victory Gundam), and music composed by Kōhei Tanaka (Sakura Wars franchise).

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club Season 2

Another Love Live! season is making its way onto home video! Fans of Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club will soon be able to order the second season for their collection.

The collector’s edition Blu-ray release (SRP £69.99) is scheduled to be released from Anime Limited’s store on 18th December. Pre-orders will begin on Thursday 16th November (EB: £39.99, EB w/discount: £35.99).

Audio options include Japanese with English subtitles and the Crunchyroll English dub. The collector’s set includes a rigid box with a Blu-ray case, 36-page booklet, and 9 art cards.

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club (ラブライブ!虹ヶ咲学園スクールアイドル同好会) Season 2 is a 2022 television anime series directed by Tomoyuki Kawamura (Mitsuboshi Colors) and produced by studio Sunrise (now known as Bandai Namco Filmworks). Staff credits also include writer Jin Tanaka (Laid-Back Camp), character designer Takumi Yokota (Wave, Listen to Me!), and music composed by Naoki Endō.

Harmonie

Release Date: 18th December 2023

Recently announced at MCM Comic Con London in October 2023, Anime Limited will be releasing the short film Harmonie for the United Kingdom for the first time.

The collector’s edition Blu-ray & DVD release (SRP £39.99) is scheduled to be released from Anime Limited’s store on 18th December. Pre-orders will begin on Thursday 23rd November (EB: £24.99, EB w/discount: £22.49).

Audio will be in Japanese with English subtitles only. The collector’s set includes a rigid box with a Blu-ray case, and a 32-page booklet.

Harmonie (アルモニ) is an original 2014 short anime film produced by studio Rikka (Time of Eve) & Ultra Super Pictures (BanG Dream!). Staff credits include director and writer Yasuhiro Yoshiura (Patema Inverted), character designer Atsushi Ikariya (Sabikui Bisco) and music composer Tomohisa Ishikawa (Kurokami the Animation). The film was part of the Anime Mirai 2014 line-up.

Gundam Build Fighters Part 2

Also going to be available before the end of the year is the second half of Gundam Build Fighters.

The collector’s edition Part 2 Blu-ray release (SRP £69.99) is scheduled to be released from Anime Limited’s store on 18th December. Pre-orders will begin on Thursday 9th November (EB: £39.99, EB w/discount: £35.99).

Part 2 of this release includes Episodes 13-24 of the series, and audio options is listed as Japanese with English subtitles only. Nozomi Entertainment in North America included the Animax English dub for their complete series Blu-ray release back in 2016 which is not listed in this two-part UK release.

The collector’s set includes a 60-page Booklet. Both the booklet and Amaray case can be slotted into the Collector’s Edition Part 1’s Box.

Gundam Build Fighters (ガンダムビルドファイターズ) is a 2013 television anime series directed by Kenji Nagasaki (No. 6) and produced by Sunrise, which focuses on the Gundam model (Gunpla) compared to other instalments in the long-running franchise. Staff credits also include writer Yōsuke Kuroda (Mobile Suit Gundam 00), character designer Kenichi Ōnuki (Golden Kamuy) and music composed by Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia).

“The time is the near future. Years have passed since the 1980s, when “Gunpla” – plastic models based on the “Mobile Suit Gundam” animation – created a huge boom.
