Trailer for TV Anime Maoyuu Maou Yuusha (Archenemy and Hero) Tue, 14 Aug 2012

A trailer for Maouyuu Maou Yuusha (Archenemy and Hero) started streaming last week as the show’s website updated information on the staff involved.



Synopsis

Humanity and demons are at war. Our hero Yuusha overcomes a long and treacherous journey to get to the castle of Maou the Demon Queen, and put an end to the war. However the queen of demons argues that through the war humanity has become united and forced to improve their lives, technology, and society and if the war were to stop then humanity would turn in on itself in a civil war. The hero is swayed by her words and agrees to work with the Dark Lady. 

The TV anime adaptation of Touno Mamare’s fantasy-adventure novel series, Maouyuu Maou Yuusha (Archenemy and Hero) is directed by Takeo Takahashi (Spice and Wolf) and the series scripts are overseen by Naruhisa Arakawa (Spice and Wolf, Kingdom). It is animated by ARMS (Queen’s Blade: Rebellion).
