New Muromi-san Trailer

A trailer for the forthcoming anime adaptation of Keiji Nashima’s mermaid filled Muromi-san has been released.

Synopsis

Muromi-san is a mermaid who speaks with a Hakata accent and she is caught by Takurou Mukoujima, a boy in his high school’s fishing club.

The director is Tatsuya Yoshihara and this is his first series in the director’s chair. He is working from scripts overseen by the experienced Kazuyuki Fudeyasu who has worked on cute properties like Tantei Opera Milky Holmes as well as seinen titles like MONSTER and Kaiji

Muromi-san is voiced by Yukari Tamura (Mayuyu in AKB0048) and Takahiro Mizushima (Romeo in Romeo x Juliet) voices Takurou Mukoujima. Other seiyuu include Kanako Sakai (Kikuri in Hell Girl), Ai Nonaka (Maya Kihara in Toradora!) and Chiwa Saito (Lavie Head in Last Exile).
