Symphogear AXZ and Symphogear XV are Coming to Crunchyroll

Streaming service Crunchyroll has finally granted the wishes of the Symphogear fanbase and was able to bring the fourth and fifth anime seasons to their catalog!

Available for all territories outside of Asia, the fourth and fifth seasons are Symphogear AXZ and Symphogear XV, both of which will be available soon. Symphogear XV will begin streaming as a simulcast in July 2019 with new episodes available weekly (the streaming launch date has yet to be revealed at the time of this post).

Symphogear AXZ aired during the Summer of 2017 and was not legally available for streaming. You can catch up with the franchise by checking out the first three seasons; Symphogear, Symphogear G and Symphogear GX over on Crunchyroll right now in Japanese audio with English subtitles.

Here’s the plot synopsis for Season 1 via Crunchyroll:

Noriyasu Agematsu, of music production group Elements Garden, along with Akifumi Kaneko, designer of many famous RPGs and other games, are back for a third installment of the original TV animation. Its emotional and highly original battle scenes, where the characters sing as they fight, are back and better than ever, making the story even more dramatic. This time, the heroine, Hibiki Tachibana, and the other five Symphogear Weilders are faced with their largest and toughest foe yet: a mysterious group of warriors.

All five seasons of Symphogear were animated by studio Satelight (Macross Delta) with Katsumi Ono (Girly Air Force) directing from G all the way to XV. There is currently no home video license for the franchise.

Grav ventures on as a News Reporter. If you see that massive legal streaming thread Grav heroically did all that and had consumed many hours of his life. The reason? He was bored.
