Manga Entertainment Reveals Q2 2020 UK Anime Schedule, Featuring Fairy Tail, Fire Force, Hetalia, Wise Man’s Grandchild & More
UK distributor Manga Entertainment has started to reveal what they have in store for the second quarter of 2020; April to June to be exact. Amazon currently has listings available for the new additions with pre-orders expected to be available soon. Like the previous slate, Manga will have more to offer for this line-up in the near future.
Worth noting that delayed titles Heroic Age and The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 1 Part 1 are also currently scheduled for June 2020, but have not been mentioned in Manga’s recent schedule.
Black Clover – Season 1 Collection

The on-going shonen series will receive a re-release of the first 51 episodes in one complete season box set. These episodes were originally included in Parts 1 to 5.

Fairy Tail – Collection 3 (Blu-ray)

The fan-favorite anime series is making a comeback to the UK & Ireland with a re-release of the show’s third collection set. This collection includes episodes 49 to 72 (originally included in Parts 5 & 6). The DVD version was released prior so this is for the Blu-ray format only.
Fire Force – Season 1 Part 1

A recent fan-favorite anime series from the Summer 2019 season. Fire Force is from Soul Eater’s Atsushi Ōkubo and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure studio David Production adapted the manga series into anime form. At the time of this post, currently, only knowledge of the first part is available and thus Manga has that scheduled as soon as the US release. The first part includes episodes 1 to 12.
Hetalia: World Party Collection – Seasons 5 & 6

Another fan-favorite anime series is coming back to the UK & Ireland, but this time we have the show’s remaining seasons getting released for the first time. The show is celebrating its 10th anniversary and for this collection, it includes the fifth season known as The Beautiful World and the sixth season known as The World Twinkle. As the show does not have a Blu-ray release in either Japan or the US, it will be a DVD only title.
RADIANT – Season 1 Part 2

Based on a French manfra series, RADIANT’s second half for the first season is now scheduled for UK home video release. Both the regular edition and limited edition will be available.
The limited-edition release is expected to match the US Funimation version, which includes an 80-page art book as well as 2 Acrylic Keychains and art cards. The box will also house both parts of the first season.
Star Blazers: Space Battleship Yamato 2202
Release Date: 6th April 2020 (Part 1), 15th June 2020 (Part 2)

The second series of the reimagining of the classic Space Battleship Yamato story is also coming to the UK after the release of the 2199 series. 2202 will be available in two parts. The first part includes episodes 1 to 13 and the second part includes episodes 14 to 26.

The isekai series from the Spring 2019 season makes its debut appearance on UK home video this April. Both the regular edition and limited edition release will be available.
The limited-edition release is expected to match the US Funimation version, which includes a 120-page art book featuring a light novel and short manga from the Japanese Blu-ray releases as well as a fabric poster, 6 art cards, and 4 bookmarks.
