Madoka Magica Project Revealed
When Madoka Magica’s official twitter feed tweeted a link to a Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica secret project website people who visited were able to hear Madoka saying different phrases like:
“Everyone, a little miracle may come true.”
“Let’s do Mahou Shoujo together once again.”
“I won’t let anyone’s prayers end in despair.”
There was the promise of more being revealed soon and now we have more information:
The online game company Strategy & Partners announced that it agreed with Aniplex to develop and run a web browser game due to launch in Spring 2012.
Details of gameplay so far indicate that a player can form a party with five others, each taking the role of one of the magical girls and engage in cooperative play. The basic game is free but items will cost money. This news comes hot on the heels of the Aniplex USA’s Madoka dub trailer for their release of a lavish box-set which will go on sale in America on Valentine’s Day, 2012.
Still to come are 3 films, the first 2 recapping the 12-episode TV show while the 3rd film will has an original story that continues the Madoka saga.
So I ask you once again… Are you ready for the mahou?
