Iroduku Sekai no Ashita kara to simulcast on Amazon as part of the Animeism block

The official preview trailer for the series Iroduku Sekai no Ashita kara (also known as ‘so many colors in the future what a wonderful world‘) has revealed its inclusion to the Animeism programming block.

The series will be airing this Autumn 2018 season on the Animeism programming block and will be streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime. The story is an original anime project from director Toshiya Shinohara and studio P.A. Works.

Plot synopsis via ANN:

The story takes place in Nagasaki in a world where a small amount of magic remains in everyday life. A descendant of mages, 17-year-old Hitomi lost her sense of color at a young age and grew up lacking emotion. Her grandmother Kohaku, a great mage, sends Hitomi to the past, to the year 2018. There, she spends time with a 17-year-old Kohaku and friends from club activities.

As mentioned P.A.Works will be animating the series with director Toshiya Shinohara. Yuuko Kakihara will be writing the story, Fly will design the characters and Yoshiaki Dewa will compose the show’s music. Haruka to Miyuki will perform the opening theme song and Nagi Yanagi will perform the closing theme song.
