All 13 episodes are available subbed. The series was initially streaming under Sentai Filmworks until their license expired and reverted back to Aniplex.

All 6 episodes from each series are available subbed. The series was streaming over on Adult Swim while it was airing in the US on Toonami.
FLCL: Alternative centers on the misadventures of 17-year-old Kana, a high school junior who spends her days hanging out with her besties, Mossan, Hijiri, and Pets. They live unremarkable lives, until the day a Mecha falls out of the sky, along with a strange woman named “Haruko.
FLCL: Progressive tells the story of 14-year-old Hidomi, her classmate Ide, and two otherworldly beings, “Jinyu” and “Haruha Raharu,” who are determined to unlock their hidden potential. Mixed up in this is an all-powerful force known as “ATOMSK,” a gorgeous Chrysler Bel Aire… and a certain Vespa Scooter.
Crunchyroll also added Blue Seed, Blue Seed 2, Inukami!, Inukami! the Movie, more episodes from Miss Machiko, Nagasarete Airanto, Osomatsu-kun, and Photon the Idiot Adventures from Discotek Media. However, these respective titles at the time of this post seem to have been delisted in the meantime.
