Amazon Prime Adds ‘Flying Witch’, ‘GATE’ and More

Throughout the past couple of weeks US distributor Sentai Filmworks have added a couple of their catalogue anime titles onto Amazon Prime. These are all available in Japanese audio with English subtitles only.

Flying Witch

Makoto Kowata is a little flighty, in multiple ways. With no sense of direction, but the ability to fly on a broom, this witch-in-training has a lot to learn; about magic, her relatives, and the world around her.

GATE

His failed attempt to save a doujinshi sale from an otherworldly attack turned Itami into an accidental hero. He’s promoted to second lieutenant of the Self-Defense Force and sent on a mission through the gate into another world.

Initial D Legend 1: Awakening

Koichiro of the Akina Speedstars witnesses a mysterious driver outmaneuver rival Keisuke of the Akagi RedSuns. The race, he later discovers, was won by none other than his own co-worker, Takumi. What happens next is the stuff of street racing legend!

No Game, No Life Zero

Amid chaos and destruction, a young man named Riku leads humanity toward tomorrow. One day, in the ruins of an Elf city, he meets Shuvi, an exiled “Ex-machina” android who asks him to teach her what it means to have a human heart.

Also available recently for Amazon Prime from other publishers are Sonic X and Yu-Gi-Oh! Seasons 2 & 3; both of which are in English audio only.

From the current Autumn 2018 anime season you can check out Boarding School JulietIRODUKU: The World in Colors, and Karakuri Circus simulcasting each week.
