Crunchyroll Adds Final Fantasy XV Episode Ardyn Prologue & The Royal Tutor Movie for Streaming
Streaming service Crunchyroll have announced a few more titles for their Winter 2019 seasonal line-up!
The first is Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ardyn Prologue, a new 13 minute special animated by Satelight to promote the latest add-on installment for the Square Enix video game Final Fantasy XV entitled Episode Ardyn. The special is available starting 16th February at 10:00pm GMT for territories worldwide except for Japan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar in Japanese audio with English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and German subtitles. This is the third anime project for Final Fantasy XV since Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV (which is also available to watch on Crunchyroll) and Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV.

The second is a theatrical film for The Royal Tutor (Oushitsu Kyoushi Heine), animated by tear-studio and based on the 2013 manga series from Higasa Akai. The film will be available starting 17th February at 4:00am GMT for territories worldwide except for Asia in Japanese audio with English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Italian, German and Russian subtitles. The film is a continuation to the 2017 anime adaptation by the same studio which is also available on Crunchyroll and dubbed in English over on Funimation.

Under the guidance of the royal tutor Heine Wittgenstein, the four princes of the Glanzreich Kingdom, who aim to become the next king, have overcome various challenges and gradually grown up, while being confused sometimes. One day, the twin princes from the Romano Kingdom suddenly appear in front of them. Despite their cute looks, their true nature is super sadistic. To handle this unprecedented crisis, Heine and the four princes decide to teach them a lesson?!
Crunchyroll have also recently started simulcasting Fight League: Gear Gadget Generators from studios Bandai Namco Pictures and XFLAG every Thursday at 11am GMT for worldwide outside Asia. The anime is based on a cellphone game from XFLAG that was released in June 2018 for Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, and Canada.
