J-Novel Club Anime Expo 2019 Announcements

Online book (and recently print) publisher J-Novel Club has announced a number of books that will be joining their catalog during their industry panel at Anime Expo 2019.

The first is that Futabasha! is the next Japanese publisher to allow J-Novel Club to license their properties.

And last but not the least they have a kickstarter campaign planned for the light novel series Invaders of the Rokujouma (Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?). Here’s the quick summary of their kickstarter:

• The campaign is for print versions of volumes 1-31 of the light novels.
• The campaign begins this Autumn 2019.
• Novel volumes will be released in 10 softcover collections (omnibus) with 3-4 volumes each.
• Primary goal is to reach $50,000.
• Reward tiers will range between $20 to $5000.
• 1st Stretch Goal: Collector’s Box.
• 2nd Stretch Goal: Drama CDs.
• Delivery of rewards is estimated for the 1st half of 2020.
• JNC will print an art book with art from the series as an extra reward (not for sale).

More details will be revealed over the next two months.
