Crunchyroll Reveals Third Batch of Autumn 2019 Anime Simulcasts

Welcome to the third batch of Autumn (Fall) 2019 anime simulcast announcements for distributor Crunchyroll, you can view their earlier announcements here: first batch, second batch, and English dub add-ons. We have updated this write-up on 9th October to include one additional new simulcast that will join Crunchyroll’s line-up.

Crunchyroll will be presenting all of its titles through its streaming service of the same name. The titles below will simulcast in Japanese audio unless stated and the region details will also be mentioned.

Assassins Pride

Based on Kei Amagi’s light novel series and animated by studio EMT Squared. The anime will be available in Japanese audio for territories North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. The anime will air new episodes weekly every Thursday starting 10th October at 4:00pm BST (8:00am PT).

The series has been licensed by Sentai Filmworks and will also be available subbed on HIDIVE.

About Assassins Pride:

“Only those from noble families have the mana to be able to fight against monsters. Kūfa is a noble born to a duke’s family who is sent to tutor a young woman named Merida. If it turns out that Merida has no talent with mana, Kūfa is secretly instructed to assassinate her.”

Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE

A new installment in the Gundam Build Divers anime series and animated by studio Sunrise. The anime will be available in Japanese audio for territories North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. The anime will air new episodes weekly every Friday starting 11th October at 12:00am BST (Thursdays at 4:00pm PT).

About Gundam Build Divers Re:RISE:

“Two years have passed since the legendary force Build Divers battled the second Coalition of Volunteers to save the EL-Diver. Gunpla Battle Nexus Online (GBN), where these events took place, has been upgraded to provide sensory feedback for more realistic play. But as GBN becomes even more exciting, there are Divers who play with their own motivations in mind. Hiroto is a Diver who wanders alone through the Dimension, playing as a mercenary. Kazami is a frivolous, independent Diver who joins one party after another, pursuing the one he admires. May is a solo Diver surrounded by an aura of mystery, who plays Gunpla Battle night and day. An original short anime series animated by Shin-Ei Animation. The anime will be available in Japanese audio for territories North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. The anime will air new episodes weekly every Friday since 4th October at 3:45pm BST (7:45AM PDT).

True Cooking Master Boy

(Shin Chuuka Ichiban!)

Based on Etsushi Ogawa’s manga series and animated by studios Production I.G and Nihon Ad Systems. This is a sequel to the 1997 Chuuka Ichiban! anime series. The anime will be available in Japanese audio for territories North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East. The anime will air new episodes weekly every Friday starting 11th October at 7:45pm BST (11:45AM PDT).

About True Cooking Master Boy:

“During the 19th century China, the protagonist, Liu Maoxing, wins the title of Super Chef and is the youngest to do so in history. His master, Zhou Yu, suggests that he broaden his skills as a chef even more, so he goes on a journey around China with his friends Shirou and Meili. After returning, he also teams up with Xie Lu and Lei En to fight the Underground Cooking Society. He then learns the secret about the 8 Legendary Cooking Tools. In the past, Mao’s mother, Bei, had wished for everyone’s happiness and fought against the Underground Cooking Society. In order to continue his mother’s wishes and protect the Legendary Cooking Utensils from the Underground Cooking Society, Mao and his friends go on a journey…”
