Manga Entertainment UK to Provide Limited Edition releases for Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2, SSSS.GRIDMAN and ZOMBIE LAND SAGA
Distributor Manga Entertainment has revealed its plans for the select anime releases that will receive special limited collector’s edition treatment for the UK & Ireland territories. These titles are based on Funimation’s very own limited-edition releases.
As of Friday 10th January, the titles are currently available to order through MVM’s Anime-on-Line (which is currently running a 20% off sale until Monday 13th Jan) and Zavvi but we have received word from Manga Entertainment that other retailers (such as Amazon and United Publications) will sell the titles in the coming days.
In the past, Manga Entertainment and Funimation have brought over the limited edition releases for Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 1, Fruits Basket (2019) Season 1 Part 1, Goblin Slayer, My Hero Academia Season 3 Part 1, OVERLORD II, and Steins;Gate 0 Part 1 to the UK & Ireland. Most of these titles have sold out already as soon as they were released.
Let’s take a look at what Manga Entertainment will be offering for Q1 2020. The artworks presented below are a representation of the US release and as such, may receive some changes (primarily the artwork used on the amaray cases if included, the 2019 releases often used the standard edition version instead).
Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 2
Release Date: 23rd March 2020

The second half of the hit action anime series’ third season will once again receive the limited edition treatment. Season 3 Part 1 was designed to offer a slot for both Part 1 and Part 2, so if you have seen Part 1’s release or the previous seasons, this release will no doubt feel familiar. The discs will be housed in a digibook packaging with 24-page artwork and also includes an additional 80-page artbook to go alongside it.
Fruits Basket (2019) Season 1 Part 2
Release Date: 2nd March 2020
Audio: English & Japanese with English subtitles

The second half of the first season of the new 2019 adaptation of Natsuki Takaya’s classic shoujo manga series will continue its treatment. This release will feature the discs housed inside a regular Blu-ray case with slipcover as well as 3 art cards that contain artwork from the Japanese release, and 3 more zodiac figurines from Shigure’s home with the Tiger, Rabbit, and Dragon.

Studio TRIGGER and Tsuburaya Productions’ anime adaptation of the classic tokusatsu series Denkou Choujin Gridman heads to the UK with special treatment. The discs will be housed inside a rigid box with a regular Blu-ray case. Included in the set are a 150-page art book, art cards, an acrylic keychain that can be converted into a bracelet, and a sticker.
ZOMBIE LAND SAGA Season 1

Studio MAPPA and Cygames take on the idol and zombie apocalypse genre heads to the UK with special treatment. The discs will be housed inside a rigid box with a regular Blu-ray case. Included in the set are a 20-page softcover art book with a rainbow holographic cover, 3 holographic art cards, and a chibi magnet sheet. It’s currently unconfirmed if the holographic design of the box will carry over to the UK release.
