Toradora! Volume 2 Review
Toradora! continues to impress with its well written cast of characters and gripping story. New girl Ami is liable to get on your nerves if you’re a Taiga fan but the tale unfolding around her is compelling enough that this hopefully won’t matter.

Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution 1 Review
Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution Film 1 has a lot going for it with us finally getting the prologue to it all: the events of "The Summer of Love". And while this segment is done very well, the rest of the film, with its lack of coherent storytelling hurts what could have been something special. It has such a magical soundtrack that tells the story better than what you see, and leaves you wishing that perhaps they could have made the prologue the entire film, or at least an OVA, and left the content from the TV series alone.

An Archdemon’s Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride Volume 1 Review
An Archdemon's Dilemma: How to Love Your Elf Bride offers a heartwarming and outright adorable story. The initial set-up might put people off but the series is determined to make Zagan and Nephy’s relationship pure rather than something born of master and servant. Those of you in the market for a new fantasy romance need look no further than here.

Naruto Shippuden Box Set 33 Review
Naruto Shippuden returns to disc format with fifteen episodes that’s roughly half manga adaptations this time. Is that a good thing? Well, yes, obviously, though the way they’re woven into the story is like someone constantly walking into your room and pressing pause button every half an hour…

Flip Flappers Complete Collection Review
Despite its potential, Flip Flappers is a hard series to recommend. If you’re an avid Magical Girl fan and want something a bit different, this series might possibly fill the void, but it will only be fondly remembered by a small core audience in years to come.
