MVM Entertainment Reveals Q4 2019 UK Anime Release Slate

Distributor MVM Entertainment has announced their list of anime they will be releasing throughout the fourth quarter of 2019, covering the months of October to December.

The list will be provided in alphabetical order.

Asura Cryin

From studio Seven Arcs, the complete collection Blu-ray set will contain both seasons (26 episodes total) in Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 21st October at £49.99 SRP.

Berserk (1997 series)

(Kenpuu Denki Berserk)

From studio OLM, the series returns once again with a limited edition steelbook Blu-ray set containing all 25 episodes in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 11th November at £49.99 SRP. The set was initially scheduled for the Q3 2019 line-up.

The series is available to own on Blu-ray and DVD.

Cells at Work

(Hataraku Saibou)

From studio David Production, the complete first season Blu-ray set contains all 13 episodes in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 25th November at £39.99 SRP.

Eromanga Sensei

From studio A-1 Pictures, the second part of the series contains episodes 7-12 in Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 14th October at £24.99 SRP.

The first part which contains episodes 1-6 has already been scheduled for 2nd September for the same SRP. The BBFC has rated the first half with a 15 uncut and uncensored.

Fate/Apocrypha

From studio A-1 Pitcures, the second part of the series contains episodes 14-25 in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 4th November at £39.99 SRP.

The first part which contains episodes 1-13 has already been scheduled for 30th September for the same SRP.

The Garden of Sinners

(Kara no Kyoukai)

From studio Ufotable, the series returns with a limited edition complete movie collection Blu-ray set containing all 7 films and the epilogue in Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 7th October at £119.99 SRP.

The films included are as follows: Thanatos, …and nothing heart, ever cry, never life, garan-no-dou, Paradox Paradigm, Fairy Tale, …not nothing heart, and the garden of sinners (Epilogue).

Kizumonogatari Part I: Tekketsu

From studio SHAFT, the first film of the Kizumonogatari trilogy returns with a standard edition film Blu-ray set in Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 9th December at £24.99 SRP.

The films were being released in collector’s edition Blu-ray sets first at £39.99 SRP. each, with Part I available now, followed by Part II scheduled for 5th August and Part III scheduled for 9th September. Part I has been rated 15 uncut and Parts II & III have both been rated 18 uncut by the BBFC.

Monogatari series: Second Season

From studio SHAFT, the series returns with a complete collection Blu-ray set containing all 31 episodes (28 main episodes and 3 recap episodes) in Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 16th December at £119.99 SRP.

The Monogatari arcs included are as follows: Nekomonogatari White, Kabukimonogatari, Otorimonogatari, Onimonogatari, Koimonogatari, and Hanamonogatari.

Record of Grancrest War

(Grancrest Senki)

From studio A-1 Pictures, the first part of the series contains episodes 1-12 in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 28th October at £39.99 SRP.

In addition, the second part of the series contains episodes 13-24 in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 18th November at £39.99 SRP.

Samurai Champloo

From studio Manglobe, the series returns once again with a limited edition steelbook Blu-ray set containing all 26 episodes in English and Japanese audio with English subtitles. It is scheduled for 2nd December at £49.99 SRP.

The series is available to own on Blu-ray and DVD.

That’s all of the titles currently revealed. You can pre-order those titles right now on MVM’s Anime-on-line store (which will take the payment upon order, but they will ship out early if you pre-order through them). These titles will also be made available through other retailers within the coming weeks.
