Pokemon Movie 14-16 Collection: Black & White Review
Overall Pokémon Black & White Movie Collection is a mixed bag. Older Pokémon fans like me will be left wanting for much better content and days gone by when Pokémon movies were actively good, but the younger/newer audience are more likely to get a kick out of Ash’s latest adventures.

Tokyo Ghoul Live Action Review
Overall this live action adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul is an enjoyable watch. It doesn’t necessarily have the same pull as the original manga or its anime adaption but for existing fans it’s interesting to see the story adapted in a different way.

Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust Review
It’s a shame that this release lacks the Japanese track, and the Blu-ray conversion is far from perfect, but if you’ve been dying to update your old DVD copy, or have never acquainted yourself with Vampire Hunter D, there’s never been a better time.

Hello!! Kinmoza! Season 2 Review
Not a whole lot has changed in Hello!! Kinmoza!, but then again, not a lot had to, remaining as hilarious, fun and wholesome as the initial series was, introducing a new character to keep things fresh whilst maintaining everything that made the original so endearing to begin with.

Occultic;Nine Part 2 Review
Overall, Occultic;Nine continues to be a show that I can’t recommend to everyone. I think sci-fi fans will likely get a lot out of it, and the gripping nature of the story will pull you in. Just don’t look too hard at the story or it’ll give way beneath you.

Tokyo Tarareba Girls Volume 1 Review
Overall, Tokyo Tarareba Girls is a fun read with an interesting concept behind it. While I’m not necessarily its target audience, fans of Princess Jellyfish and Higashimura’s other works will no doubt find a new favourite here.

Moving and philosophical, violent and magical, ugly yet beautiful; that is Wolf’s Rain, a story about life, friends, the end of the world and pursuing a dream when everyone else has given up.

Girlish Number Review
Girlish Number is a fun and exciting look into what it means to be a voice actor. While the story isn’t always realistic, it’s so enjoyably crazy that it really doesn’t matter.

Rokka – Braves of the Six Flowers Review
Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers starts off with a straightforward “chosen heroes gather to defeat the big evil” plot, but actually spends most of its 12 episode run on a “whodunnit?” plotline, and frankly ended up all the better for it. Let’s see why… without spoiling too much!
