Owarimonogatari marks a return to form for the Monogatari franchise. With NISIOISIN’s talent for writing mystery stories shining through, this is an entry not to be missed. Especially if you’ve been eager to learn more about Ougi Oshino!

The third instalment of Katanagatari delivers a thrilling and fascinating read. As we approach the final volume of the light novel series, the story is beginning to come together in an unforgettable way.

Overall, Koyomimonogatari has proven to be an entertaining read. While it’s not the best in the series, the final couple of stories included in Part 2 make up for having to read through two volumes of otherwise unsubstantial tales.

Koyomimonogatari is a refreshing change from the adventures we’ve embarked on thus far, although its English release may prove to be its downfall for some.

Vertical Comics brings two more titles to their catalog, and more updates on Monogatari.

Katanagatari continues to offer an enjoyable read, the likes of which only NISIOISIN consistently brings to the table. This collection does a much better job of differentiating the stories from one another, which lends itself better to the omnibus format.

The final season of Monogatari is off to an intriguing start. Tsukimonogatari may be but a stepping stone on the road to a much bigger story, but it’s changing the franchise in fundamental ways. NISIOISIN continues to keep his beloved series alive with new and compelling developments.

5 Centimeters per Second - One More Side is a must-read for fans of the film. Although it can’t fix the many flaws 5 Centimeters per Second has, especially with its characters, it’s still a surprisingly engrossing read. The fresh perspective on the tale brings it to life in a whole new way.

Koimonogatari is a compelling and satisfying end to the second season of Monogatari. With a fresh face narrating and so much at stake, this volume is a real page turner that you’ll be unable to put down.

Masquerade and the Nameless Women offers everything I could want from a mystery novel. With a satisfying story, believable characters, and compelling twists and turns, this book is a real page-turner.

Although Katanagatari doesn’t quite hit the heights of NISIOISIN’s Monogatari franchise, I’m sure fans of his work will still find a lot to like here as this first volume proves an enjoyable read. In fact this series is almost worth checking out just for the incredible effort that has gone into the translation.

How you get on with APOSIMZ will depend on how willing you are to committing to reading more than a single volume. This first volume offers little in the way of substantial world building or characters, so all the series really has going for it is Tsutomu Nihei's name.

Otorimonogatari is an odd entry in the Monogatari series. Due to the toning down of the comedic aspects and use of a third person perspective, this is a very different Monogatari to the usual.

Hanamonogatari was a huge disappointment coming off the back of some incredible stories in this franchise. Kanbaru fans will likely get a lot more out of this book than I did, but otherwise there isn't a great deal to like here.
