The Shining Sea comes from Ring creator Koji Suzuki. This story follows a young woman who tries to kill herself and ends up in Matsui Hospital where she's treated by Toshitaka Mochizuki. But with nothing to identify her and her inability to speak, Mochizuki must first work out who she is before he can even begin to treat her.
